Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the enhancement phase of technical projects.
- Collaborate with the project head to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the enhancement phase.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of enhancement tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure timely completion of enhancements.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding the enhancement phase.
- Manage and prioritise enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with project objectives and available resources.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project delays or obstacles during the enhancement phase.
- Assist the project head in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other external parties involved in the enhancement activities.
- Support the project head in budgeting, cost estimation, and tracking of expenses related to the enhancement phase.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team during the enhancement phase.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements for all enhancement deliverables.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and presentations related to the enhancement activities as required.
- Indicate and implement continuous improvements to processes and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork within the project team.
- Assisting on ongoing projects where needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- Shall be able to join us onsite at our Goa Office.
- Proven experience as a project manager or technical project lead, specifically in managing the enhancement phase of technical projects.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ability to assist the project head in various tasks, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software to effectively track and manage project progress.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to technical project management.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations relevant to the industry or projects being undertaken.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical domains (e.g., Agile, Scrum) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with working with Project Management tools, preferable Monday.com
