Your required Pro's:

• TenTwenty Digital Agency needs a Digital Project Manager.
• Must have minimum 3-5 years experience managing end-to-end web projects
• Must be a team leader -Must be client facing
• Must be able to coordinate and facilitate discussions, meetings and project oriented workshops across client and agency teams
• Must have experience in adhering to process and agency procedures that help drive collaboration and consensus building across a complicated client organization
• Must be able to connect and coordinate tasks and communications across all teams
• Must have an understanding of general digital processes and help complete UX tasks and deliverables
• Must have an understanding of digital marketing and digital technologies
• Must show experience and success in keeping large scale web projects on schedule and on budget
• Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS is welcome
• A feel for design and an Eye for Detail is super important to us
• Experience working with detailed technical implementations and managing complicate enterprise-wide installations is a must
• Must be able to create various documentation including statements of work, project plans and project requirements
• Agency side experience preferred

• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Native or Fluently in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational, managerial, communication and time management skills
• Experience in digital agency operations, traffic management, or project management
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation
• Knowledge of project/resource/routing tools and their capabilities
• Ability to influence team members during process changes
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to people at various levels
